Aleph Course Reading and Reserves.

19th November

 

Training Session for Staff users (up to 24 librarians and in addition 2 IT employees):

  • Create and Modify Course Information
  • Course Reading List (Assign BIB records and items to a course)
  • Requests and Pickup List
  • Transfer Items to Reserves Collection
  • Remove Items from Reserves Collection
  • Searching the Web OPAC / Primo
  • Reports

Primo Training for Librarians (up to 24 librarians and in addition 2 IT employees)

20th November

  • Pipe setup (data source, file splitter basics, scope, NR, pipe)
  • Normalization rules
  • Adding data fields to view configuration
  • File Splitter configuration (Note: may require attendance of IT people)

 

Training sessions will be provided by professional Ex Libris trainer. Training sessions will consist of demonstrations and exercises. The training material will be provided one day before sessions. Training sessions will be provided to librarians and staff from Consortium of the Lithuanian Academic Libraries for the Maintenance and Development of an Information Infrastructure for Science and Studies.
