On May 16, 2016, an agreement was signed between Vytautas Magnus University, as the institution administering the Lithuanian Academic Electronic Library (eLABa) Consortium, and the Lithuanian Department of Standardization on the access to electronic versions of standard texts.
As of May 20, 2016, all users of eLABa Consortium institutions have the right to find and view electronic versions of standards of the Lithuanian Department of Standardization through:

• Virtual Library of Lithuania (www.lvb.lt);
• common electronic catalogue (aleph.library.lt/standartai);
• the institution's Virtual Library;
• electronic catalogue of the institution library.
